Terms and Conditions - ZAMFlow WhatsApp CRM & Business Automation Platform By using ZAMFlow services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1. Service Description ZAMFlow provides WhatsApp Business API integration, CRM, customer communication, messaging, contact management, campaign management, and business automation services for businesses. 2. Account Registration You must provide accurate and complete business information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account. Users must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to use the service. 3. Acceptable Use You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Meta's terms and policies, and applicable telecommunications regulations. Spam, fraudulent activity, abusive communication, and unsolicited messaging are prohibited. You must obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing or other communications to customers. 4. Payment Terms Paid ZAMFlow plans are billed according to the selected subscription plan. All prices are in INR and may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as provided under our Refund Policy. 5. Data Privacy Your use of ZAMFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal and business information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consents to provide customer data to ZAMFlow. 6. Service Availability We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to ZAMFlow. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, WhatsApp/Meta platform availability, or other third-party services. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZAMFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. 8. Termination and Suspension ZAMFlow may suspend or terminate an account if the user violates these Terms, applicable laws, WhatsApp Business policies, Meta policies, or engages in activities that may harm the platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard, subject to the applicable subscription terms. 9.
